1. Orders & Order Changes

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation or changes to the order may not be possible.

We will try our best to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.

2. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure that the shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate to avoid unnecessary delivery delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please do not hand over the parcel back to the courier after opening it unless you have followed the applicable return or damage procedure.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your parcel, provided that:

• The product is completely unopened and unused.

• The product is in its original packaging.

• The product has not been altered, damaged, or used in any way.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us verify the issue and process your request, you must provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• A complete unboxing video of the parcel as proof of damage or an incorrect item

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video before opening your parcel. This video may be required to verify and process claims related to damaged, missing, leaked, or incorrect products.

Claims without sufficient proof may not be eligible for a replacement or exchange.

6. Product Usage

Please use DR SR Herbal Oil according to the recommended usage instructions provided with the product.

Before using the product for the first time, a patch test is recommended.

If you experience irritation, redness, itching, burning, or any unusual sensitivity, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate professional advice if needed.

7. Storage Instructions

• Store the oil in a cool, dry place.

• Keep it away from direct sunlight.

• Avoid exposing the product to excessive heat.

• Keep the bottle properly closed when not in use.

8. Results May Vary

• City and other required delivery details
