Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number and courier details.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Prepaid orders via the following methods are also accepted:

A tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can use this on our courier partner's website to track your parcel in real time.
Our courier partners include TCS, Leopards Courier, BlueEx, and M&P. The courier assigned will depend on your delivery location.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will make 2 additional attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
